Sister Circle supports active women towards balancing career, academia, and family life, obligations and aspirations; emphasize identification of internalized stress and/or traumatic material, validation of experience and the healthy release of stress/distress of daily living.

Sister Circle designed to support Women 60+ in redefining the sense of self, reassigning self-worth and rediscovering Life, after retirement!
Sister Circle supports women during the transition from incarceration, to life within the community. Emphasis includes interpersonal skills, pro-social coping strategies, developing effective support networks, decision-making, self-esteem, and stress reduction to encourage overall healthier functioning and increase the likelihood of successful discharge from Parole and Probation supervision.
Sister Circle fortifies women in the process of Healing and Growth,
in the midst of - and - the wake of emotional abuse, physical abuse and overall unhealthy relationships (i.e., strained relationships, domestic violence, etc).
Sister Circle embraces women transitioning from active duty, or have transitioned to civilian life within 2yrs ... emphasis includes adjusting to daily family life, civilian employment, the process of VA claims, and traumatic experiences during active duty service (combat zones, sexual assault, non-combative zone accidents, etc).
Sister Circle supports mothers living with the Beauty and Complexity, of loving and parenting a child diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
